Over 14 years ago I joined the hospice team. My first home care visit was with social worker, Brenda Kempf. Brenda was an experienced social worker who spent many years providing care for patients with life limiting illnesses. Her passion for hospice care and meeting the psychosocial needs of our patients and families was palpable. I learned so much from Brenda and appreciate all her hard work and dedication to our organization. Since Brenda, I have had the honor and privilege to serve with many amazing social workers.
